I think that was actually in Rarity’s house. I’m not 100% sure though.
I know which one you’re talking about I hope I think there was two didn’t they all go to the spa together to get ready for the grand Galloping Gala or something?
not with Starlight but there was one episode in either season 1 or 2 that had them all in the spa. Rainbow didn’t want to get her hoof filed. I think the name of it was ponyville confidential.
