And there we finally go, after two long years, it’s done! Despite what some people seemed to think, that was never meant to get dragged on for any longer than neccessary. Which is very sad ‘cause that also means we won’t end on page 69. Opportunity missed.

P.S. In earlier posts I said the price will likely be 30$, including shipping. Since then I learned that I unfortunately can’t print it locally (I live in Russia and that’s apparently illegal here), so instead I’ll have it printed in the US, and distributed from there with a help of a friend. Printing in the US is much, much more expensive than it would be here, and the person distributing the comic will also have to be compensated for their efforts, which means I have to bump the price up to be able to afford the whole thing. Sorry for misleading you earlier, I should have researched better back then.
P.P.S. I also was talking about maybe including a poster into the pack, but after more consideration, that seemed unreasonable. The type of binding I’m using won’t let it be taken out of the comic properly, and printing it separately would cost a lot. There’s also the issue that it would have to be shipped folded in half, which is just not good for something you’d want to hang on your wall. So the idea had to be scrapped, sorry!

Lack of planning isn’t what caused this to take so long, it was the amount of effort and quality that went into each and every page. The full story was planned out from the beginning, but ended up having to be cut down in order to get it done sooner.

Ha! You think this was bad? There’s a fanfic I followed on FanFiction.Net that had an exponential word count problem that didn’t say anything at all. The last three chapters of it added about a hundred thousand to five hundred thousand words. All to talk about a few hours in a day of that story.

Hopefully he plans it out first before doing it. That way, we aren’t spending two or more years on a comic that literally takes place in a single day.
