I like to imagine that Luna’s wearing a pair of long socks with a lace-up boot design down them, in chunky strappy sandals. And what I am imagining is HOT AF! :D%%~
 
Also Celestia’s feet, belonging as they do to the God-Empress Princess of the Sun, are naturally hot too. ;D

Well, the whole thing is about how careless and free Celestia is with her feets, going around with them completely exposed and stained, while Luna on the other hand really makes sure to completely cover and protect everything under all the heavy straps and layers of shiny leather. Both of these can be really appealing in terms of foot fetish.
