I rescind my earlier comment. After watching that scene again, it sounds more like she truly believes that Friendship just equals Power.
So her plan was to get rid of all the magic in Equestria, along with Twilight and all her friends; then with Cozy as the sole pony with more Friends than anyone else; she believed that she’ll become an Empress with all her ‘Power’ and influence. Or something along those lines.

You know, I am now imagining an episode/fanfic where Twilight takes the Student Six to Canterlot High and hijinks ensue.
There’s another bit however: she’s a pegasus, so she can use magic in a “mind-over-matter” way or create things out of thin air. As the cutie map demonstrated, if the other ponies lose their magic, then the would be mediocre at best at everything, and since Cozy doesn’t have any other practical skills, she still dooms herself in the proccess, as her strenght wouldn’t let her do something useful just to feed herself for example.
Maybe I didn’t hear a line or two explaining her desires. If that was her desire instead of sending every last bit of magic away for no reason, then things would make more sense.
I thought she had said she’d be the only pony in the country who would still have magic, making overpowering anypony else foal’s play. I may not be remembering her plan accurately, but I plan to rewatch E25-6 around fifty times. X3
I really believed this would’ve happened. If not to her; then to Starlight when the Student 6 removed the relics and everything exploded. I kinda wished it did happen just to watch the fandom’s reaction.

This is a thing that I want resolved.
If she’s a Real filly then somepony out there is legally responsible for her.
If she’s not a real filly, then some form of deception is going on here,
and things are more interesting then.
The mane is the lesser of the problems.
The last parts a joke just to be clear. Also, her mane looks like shiiiiiit. Seriously, that’s the mane style of a character trying too hard to be cute. I wouldn’t be surprised if she wasnt at all a philly either, but instead a manipulative midget pony. Oh sorry, I mean little pony.

1 Ponies are vute by nature.
2 Calculous and scheming, yeah. But not exactly very brilliant.
