I finally got beautiful MKVs of the international version of So Much More to Me, and copied out the raw frames needed to make the definitive (unless Hasbro release 4K versions) of both these “spinning Fluttershy” gifs.

I’m not sure what you’re trying to say.
The panties would start where the crotch ends.
So it’s determined by how far up the skirt stars and how far up it flies.
I tried doing some measurements and I’ve come to the conclusion that the panties should almost be visible. Dangerously close.

I actually did a comparison, with some cut and paste, to prove how ridiculous the proportions are.
If we were to remove the dress, her legs would continue up to the upper torso. She’s wearing a dress to cover up the fact that she a freak.
Those legs do go all the way up, don’t they?
