Much easier said than done. You also have to make whole new skeletons for them for rigging purposes. Especially given their beaks and talon hands combined with their tall stature.

Quite a few of them would require 100% fresh rigs and models to be made for them, you can’t just downsize an Ember for Smolder and no 3d Yaks or Hippogriffs exist to my knowledge. Hippogriffs are also quite lanky so that would need a new model, especially for the talons and beak.
