I thought so too until after several battles hearing her ….taunts and mannerisms, I finally noticed she not even spinning. Like a quarter spin with her front facing away from the viewer.
Well i did shake up the timing to make it more of a kinda swing. In the game its the same animation frame wise though very depended on the loading speed while for example the mane6 forum has a variant as background where the shake works a bit different.

To be honest, I always thought she was spinning.
Best waste of time.
I didn’t make detailed comparison before, but now i am pretty sure she is.
