Well, without proper context, it would seem weird. Maybe Fluttershy was in on the plan to defeat Celestia from the start, but because she’s the Element of Kindness, she wanted to at least give Celestia one more chance to see reason. It’s obvious that the guards who were carrying her away were curbstomped offscreen.

A world where this is a canonical iteration of MLP, and exists as a fully animated and voiced cartoon with a season or more’s worth of buildup?
I don’t know if I’d go that far, but it’s not bad.
(I’m not familiar with most of the crossovers, though, and without context or buildup it’s a little random for my taste; like Fluttershy going from trying to enlist Celestia’s help to joining the others in apparently trying to kill her.)
