An active stretch is where the limb or muscles being stretched is held in the stretch by the opposite muscle causing it to be suspended in stretch without support from another limb or prop. Therefore I am removing the active stretch tag but I will add the cobra stretch tag and the backbend tag because both of them are happening in this pic.
