Probably because Fluttershy is the only Pony who could actually befriend a xenomorph Queen without getting eaten.
Btw I don’t really know if the Xenomorphs themselves would see themselves as Male or Female, probably more like Queen and Drone, and they probably see the facehuggers in a similar fashion since appearantly there is a specific facehugger for making queens.
I see it the other way around;
