I’m pretty sure the current philosophy on polymorph effects is that it’s blue if you know what it’s going to turn into and red if you don’t.
 
Also, Living Fallacy is, like Chestnut Magnifico, a red herring. I’m not sorry.

Well, you’re certainly not hesitating to take advantage of HOD. Regarding the other cards from your latest bunch:
 
Canny Intern: giving her nonbasic landwalk was a genius way to show her knowledge of the studio and works great with the cycle of sets.
 
Desperate Assistant: Are Chaos Warp effects still in Red’s part of the color pie?
 
Living Fallacy: What was the inspiration for this one?
 
The land cycle: Brilliant! The way they require something real in order to suspend disbelief is so clever!
 
Everything else was generally great in flavor and mechanics, particularly Maretropolis Defenders.

And you would have gotten away with it too, if I hadn’t played a silver-bordered blue-white creature and chose “skulk” as my 4+ letter word (I’m still reeling from a defeat in Mind vs Might against my wife, who, as we all know, enjoys being unblockable).
