Well, part of the point of being able to link artist and editor tags back to accounts is so that you can go to that person’s account from one link and find their entire body of work by looking through the other links attached to that account.

Though of course while it’s rare for someone to have both artist and editor tags, it’s even more rare to have them both attached to an account.

Oh, I don’t mind their use of anonymity, I regret the inability to follow guys who consistently do good editing. And yeah, the use of an artist tag when they just did a minor edit is a bit of a mixed blessing. On the one hand it’s quick and easy to find all their work under the one tag, but on the other it’s often impossible to separate their edits from their original art. I want to have my cake and eat it too.

Actually, I don’t mind that. If I did mind that then I would be a bit of a hypocrite What bugs me a little bit is when people use the artist tag to tag edits they make, especially if they don’t really do anything besides edits.

You know? It’s just that if you’re going to tag yourself in an edit you should tag yourself as an editor, not as an artist.
