Sorry to people who liked RumBelle, but I do not like this ship, to me SweetieMash/ButtonBelle is favorite ship about CMC

We need to face facts: Button Mash is that one kid who wants to date your daughter, and you know he’ll never grown into a responsible adult, or even properly provide for your daughter.

I don’t know, “Rumbelle” seems more accepted, and popular nowadays then “SweetieMash” is. So that’s not really hurting it at all.

Not only do I feel bad for SweetieMash shippers, but I also feel bad for those who also ship RumBelle, now keep in mind that the artist who made this image right here doesn’t start shipping war shit anymore, but there’s a artist who makes RumBelle art so badly and so cringy with stolen vectors that it makes everyone who even likes RumBelle look bad by comparison. Of course the same person who made Cringy RumBelle art also reuploads the same image again and again but with slight modifcations to the vectors to include clothing and such, and well, he even makes Rumble out to be a fucking weakling who can’t handle a single insult.

Yeah, I feel bad for the SweetieMash fans too, as even if they draw a good “SweetieMash” art piece, or just mention the ‘ship, or something, they’ll take heat from half the fanbase, because, “Ew! Overrated pairing! it shuld be Xxxxxx & Sweetie instead! u suk!” The ‘ship is starting to become taboo in some fan circles, it’s even like that on this site sometimes when a SweetieMash pic is posted, it’ll sometimes be met with ire from a few fans.  
Even this pic putting down the pairing has quite a few upvotes, further kinda showing that said ’ship is no longer “overrated,” or even that “popular” anymore.
 
Even Jan himself (one of the fans whom popularized SweetieMash) sunk that ‘ship eventually. >>745985  
So yeah, times are tough for Button. Seems there’s hardly any love for him anymore, not just the ’ship.

^{I feel more sad for SweetieMash fans, no matter how popular Sweetiemash continues to be, fan animators don’t really care about making anything with Button Mash, unless its a reference to the C&D that Jan received  
Seriously, someone literately inserted SweetieMash at the end of a certain video just to show Button being killed before he could kiss her, just so people can make C&D references on his show accurate animation. The video he unlisted though the rest of his are still up}

I’m not much of a ‘shipper, but I agree. Plus Rumble kinda became an A-hole in canon, (and he kinda comes off that way in this pic, like he’s entitled to her) and I can’t really see Sweetie liking somebody like him, especially after he tried to turn other pony kids against the CMC, and such. Even after the end of the episode “Marks & Recreation,” he still wasn’t fully redeemed, or even apologized for his actions.
 
Button may not have much personality, (besides fanon) but I kinda like him better personally. I think fans are kinda hating on him too much lately, because his gamer memes, and the SweetieMash ’ship used to be popular, so fans got sick of him. (Therefore started forcing Rumbelle instead.) This fanbase is very fickle.

In my honest opinion, Sweetie Belle x Button Mash is better than Sweetie Belle x Rumble

Not like professional MLP Animators treat him any better (Last Button animation in Cutie Remark prequel animation had him almost kissing Sweetie only to be killed by Tartus in a reference to the C&D)

Poor Button. He seems to be getting shat on by fans lately.
