But if you look at Twilights eyes in the original movie promo image they are the rounded off versions she has in the show.
Are we looking at the same images?
Regardless, the eyes look quite odd in the movie version. Dunno what happened to make that the case… oh wait, yeah, they are using a new animation method and not using flash.
Looks totally different. In EQG, the eyes are much narrower, their outlines and eyelashes are more emphasized on and thicker and their eyes are much steeper at the bottom, to make them look more feminine than the mostly neutral, non gender-specific eyes of ponies.
EQG eyes are also a lot smaller.
They don’t use the EQG eyes for the animation, thankfully. Too many differences.

Seriously?! Nope. The EQG eyes look vastly different and not nearly as good as those.
I hate EQG like the pestilence and every time I see something that looks like EQG recognize that immediately. That sense is never failing me.
