Yeah, it’s pretty much the standard attire for “entertainment slaves”.
You can also get this outfit in the MMO “Star Wars: The Old Republic”. It can be bought in a cantina on Nar Shaddaa, but you need to be of Social Rank 2, which you can reach by gaining Social Points, and you gain Social Points by being in a group and partaking in conversations.
I’m sure it’s a common slave outfit. I’m sure Leia was one of the thousands of slaves that wore it.
