Actually, what you’re saying is basically what happened in “Bubbles” too, so yeah, maybe it just happens when she gets excited.
Anyway, it’s my headcanon. I can make up whatever I want.

I… I think that’s actually either a one off thing, where she got so excited she wet a little, or she says she did but is just incredibly aroused.
