Wait, when you get sent to the EQG world, you turn into a human and vice versa…

During a royal summit at the Crystal Empire, Princess Twilight grew exaggerated and transformed into Nightmare Twilight! She banished her friends and the Royal Sisters through a wormhole to Canterlot High, built colossal armies of obedient robots (which crowned Nightmare Twilight “the Machine Queen”), locked everypony (including Shining Armor, Princess Cadence, Spike, Flurry Heart and even Delta Brony but not Twivine Sparkle, Thorax, Pharynx, the Changelings or the ‘Our Town’ village ponies) away in a citadel (constructed by her evil Alicorn magic) and turned Starlight Glimmer and Sunset Shimmer into anthropomorphic robot versions of themselves!
 
Meanwhile, the Mane 5 are spat out by the wormhole and find themselves in the world of the humans. The ponies enter the School where they meet their human counterparts and now the five small horses (along with Celestia and Luna, who were puked up by a different wormhole and befriended their human Principal counterparts) must find a way back to Equestria with the help of the Humane 5 to destroy the Nightmare and her Robot militia and save Twilight from herself!

Evil Twilight: “BWAHAHA! Everyone who doesn’t return library books is going to SUFFER for it now!”

Nightmare Moon: Twilight, can you hear me?
 
Nightmare Sparkle: Yes, master. Where is Flash Sentry? Is he safe? Is he alright?
 
Nightmare Moon: It seems, in your anger, you killed him.
 
Nightmare Sparkle: I? I couldn’t have. He was alive. I felt it!

Imagine if there was an episode where Twilight gets shown a vision of the future where she sees what she will do, like what they did to Anakin in The Clone Wars.  
 
Luckily for the universe, that vision was erased, but what would happen if that vision was not erased from Twilight as was for Anakin? Maybe in trying to prevent the events she saw, she would fulfill them. Moral of the story, do not show anyone their own future!
