Dunno, I’m thinking more along the lines of her having a steadily, slowly increasing freak-out where she gets worse and worse, thinking that she’s the monster she used to be. She gets no sleep over it, the lack of sleep makes her paranoia worse, and it all culminates in Twilight being forced to remind her of how far she’s come from the pony that she used to be.
I think, with the Season 6 finale and all, we’re beyond that kind of episode, but it still would’ve been interesting to see.
Like if she sees her forehoof turning into a shadowy claw, or looks in a mirror and sees a red-eyed monster?
Or maybe hallucinates that it’s happening if the writers ever decide to give Starlight her own Lesson Zero-style episode.
That’d be interesting.
Next thing you know, she’ll have nightmare where she transforms into said villain.
I could see that really, really fucking her up.
I wonder what kind of villain would bring that up? Probably a villain who destroys entire worlds. Imagine her reaction if they compare her to themselves.
The worst part is that she remembers she did something much worse…she killed all the life on the planet
Could have been worse. She could have been compared to Sombra or Nightmare Moon.
