Okay, I expect this is another one of those that will garner a lot of neighs, but hear me out. In order for there to be light, there must be darkness so you can see the contrast!
As with the rest of my pictures, this is one of a series, I already have several of them planned, and this is the “darkest hour” there are happier images to come :)
With that out of the way, meet Piper! She isn’t exaaaactly seeing the light at the end of the tunnel right at this moment.
She was trying to impress at a Wonderbolts tryout session but came in a too hard on the landing, swerved off the runway and into a shed. Aside from her forelegs, the rest of her will heal. She’ll still be able to fly, tho she might look a little bit more like a bird than she used to…

well, wouldn’t have been that easy if not for the fact that it’s one of the default planes in FSX
(That’s my second-or-third-most used plane in this simulator; the first one is of course the immortal Cessna 172 Skyhawk - heck, for cessna I even have an actual pilot’s guide)

Her coat is “Cub Yellow” or at least as close an approximation as I could get with a paint dropper.
