The “sentient fat” tag needs more love. And the visit becomes more awkward when Twilight says Scootaloo has to regrow Sweetie Belle and Applebloom in the womb and give birth to them.
Oh no, I quite enjoy those concepts as well. I especially enjoyed those two images where one was turned into a cake and sat on. I was say I have interest LIKE(similar to) that.

I personally wouldn’t go as far as murder, but permavore where the digested prey remains conscious is kinda nice sometimes (I know it’s cartoony and weird, but I just don’t like to think of them as being straight-up dead). And yeah, accidental is a very nice touch.
Even when it isn’t permanent, it should last a little while - being able to undo it in a snap takes some of the enjoyment out of it. I guess I could make an exception here, though; a horribly awkward visit to Twilight sounds just as fun to me as Sweetie and Apple Bloom being stuck indefinitely. xD

Yeah, it’s great, so long as you make sure to book around her schedule. She is a very busy pony after-all and prone to emergencies, so sometimes it can go pear shaped and take awhile. Don’t even get me started on the time she was supposed to reform Moondancer on her birthday…

Ah… well… I have this odd thing going on with these kind of stuff. I’m like… I suppose… timidly accepting that I find stuff like this hot? Can’t fully put it into words, but yeah. The reason I asked is for the ‘Implied Death’ tag or a few others that go along with that? Though I wonder if there is a point where they can’t be ‘reformed’. I don’t know if ‘souls’ work in MLP or not. There is a common thing in fantasy that as soon as the ‘soul is gone’ then there is nothing more that can be done. That depends on story to story, but also if ‘souls’ exist at all within a set universe.
