After Twilight went into the wrong bathroom she was puished by Celestia she put her in a diaper and got a spanking she was also banned from the bathrooms she was to use the daipers and she has to come to Celestia for diaper changes.
I think you wouldn’t see any changes in a wet version because you can only see the back of the diaper. I don’t know if I could do a messy version, I’d have to add a bulge (one that doesn’t look like shit :P) since only adding some brown color would be a bit effortless.
