Considering Cadence and Rhythm are synonyms it can be either way, Rhythm of love or my love Rhythm, Cadence of love or my love Cadence.
Well personally I prefer it with the E it sounds and looks much more fancy and elite like… while with the A it feels… odd… but since Both ways were used in canon I guess that me and my friends going for Cadence are just as right as Cadance, we can leave it to personal preference without need to argue over what is the right one or not.

Coco will be Coco forever already, it is the same with Derpy, they tried changing her name but the fandom always stayed loyal to the former

It bothers me deeply that half the fandom has accepted changing Cadence to Cadance when Miamore Cadenza(her full real name which is Italian) reads Cadence of Love, but got changed for better audience acceptance since USA is much more used with Candace than Cadence.

Then again, this is the same country where No Man’s Sky was delayed for 3 years because the company Sky had trademarked the word Sky.
