Funny is Applecorn is also the name of a german Apple flavored Liqueur “Apfelkorn” who fit Applejacks Personality very well.^^
The american Applejack is different, because its made directly from cider, while Apfelkorn is made on a Basis of Korn, a Grain based colorless Brandy.

Since Applejack pretty much lives for this sort of thing, and has around 100 family traditions based on apple farming, I’d say yes.
 
With her super alicorn powers, she would be able to apple farm like nobody had ever seen before. And apples would make up 50% of every ponies diet :3
