The series gave many hints the curses were permanent. the BIGGEST being Taro. The curses MIX so adding Spring of the Drowned Man water would have only added to Ranma’s problems. This applies to other cursed people too. In Xainpu’s case, you’d probably get a cat girl if she hopped into drowned girl water. In Ryoga’s case if he leapt into drowned man or girl water, a pig girl or boy.

BP is partly right. This picture is art for a crossover fanfic. In it, Ranma Saotome has a tendency to leave a trail of brutalized creatures and inexplicable explosions behind him. Dude’s got problems.
