Here’s how a card like this should look; Very fragile, but they don’t nessecarily want to kill It, since when they end their turn, It deals 4 damage to your board (But not the Magma Thrower.)
However, leaving It up means taking 8 face damage (potentially.) which can be really detrimental for midrange decks. A control deck that gains 20 armor a turn probably won’t care that much about It and use It as a tool instead.
It might actually be weak. 8/4 Is a bad statline, and It costs 8 Mana, and It has a downside. However, I do believe the upside Is large enough to balance that out.
With a shaman? Nah. I’m gonna pick another class that doesn’t restrict your mana pool.
If a little mechanic like that stops you, ya need to get good.
Hmm…yeah I think its safe to say that I’m not touching another shaman card on hearthstone card generator anymore. Not only do I not understand how shamans operate, but I find the overload the reason why people don’t like to play the class. Perhaps I should add a downvote galore tag as a fail attempt.

If It was damage all other minions for 1 at the end of each turn with 1 OL, that’d be good. But It’d have to be a 6/8 or something alongst those lines to justify the 8 Mana cost.
I say that because the game already has a minion with a similar effect.
Baron Geddon: 7 mana, 7/5 At the end of your turn, deal 2 damage to ALL other characters.
So compared:
I could see it happening at either 0 or 1 overload.

But isn’t that a bit overpowered due to its effect? Mana cost isn’t much if its going to have an effect like that?
I remember when Forbidden cards were announced, people joked about a shaman card being “Spend all your mana, gain that much overload”
At Overload 1, it couldve been considering as a tougher Baron Geddon that you can have two of.
Meh I tried my best. Shamans are ridiculously terrible with most of their cards barely relying on overload. That’s why I had a hard time with this one and probably the next one in a few moments.
Yep. Even Flamewreathed Faceless has too much Overload to see play in midrange decks.
That’s how you make a card unplayable.
