Okay, since you’d think what it would taste like when it comes to food, I’m going to give a few of you a homework: try to come up with a recipe based on bcrwsc (abbreviation for this food) and I will see. I may not be a master chef yet, but I’m learning, and this may be my first time to put you on the test.

Well, onion confit is a specific dish, and it is possible to juice corn. So you could, in theory, make this dish, but I’m pretty sure it would be rather sweet, and I don’t know that the two parts would go together well.

I’m not sure what this stuff is supposed to be. A “reduction” is a liquid like wine, juice or broth that’s been concentrated by being simmered slowly. A “confit” is a food slow-cooked in fat at a much lower temperature than frying. It sounds more like corn pudding than soup.
