Look through the guy’s post history. They put the same gif on other posts, and some of them say “you and your image must die”.

It’s not a matter of the rating. Yeah it would be semi-grimdark, but the point is that they put a gif of someone aiming a gun, implicitly at the uploader, over an image they don’t like. Not only is that childish, but it does come across as threatening. Threats are against the site rules.
