Also, Twilight’s family should be in the Crystal Empire, with her nephew.  
Pinkie family also absent, but we know they commemorate their heartwarming day differently.  
No sign of a family for Fluttershy yet.  
Finally, Diamond Tiara seems to be the only filly that we know the family that isn’t here.

Surprised no one pointed out we have another Doctor & Rose together sighting.

There’s nothing implied for Scoots’s parents, beyond their absence. The “orphan Scootaloo” headcanon never really made sense to me, though (unlike for the Apples, where it seems logical enough) - It just doesn’t fit well, for several reasons. We even see her house in Flight to the Finish. Plus beyond the fact that it just doesn’t jive, it would make 2/3 of the CMC orphans, which I find a little hard to believe.

I think it’s pretty safe by now to assume she doesn’t have any, given that they’ve missed like every important event and gathering in her life. But this is like an “Applejack’s parents” situation in that they’ll never directly say it, only imply it (but everyone knows the truth).
