They came from another dimension, but they can make more if they murder and revive a pony from normal reality. >:D

In reality I guess Pegasi would evolve from a six limbed animal.
I’m not complaining. Anything that can make ponies spontaneously sprout a third set of limbs qualifies as spooky magic in my book.

100% Honesty: I just didnt feel like drawing the inbetween from Elfen Ponies to Pegasi and Unicorns.
I don’t know why, I never even played those games.
