if your talking about the one in the first panel, I am a fraid to state that it is not fluttershy due to her mane being yellow and body being what I can only guess as magenta.
Was it slavery if fluttershy agreed to it and could leave at any time? Judging from the setting and it’s lean towards noblebright rather then grimdark it was probably similer to a work away from home arrangement.
