The coefficient of inbreeding just measures how closely related two individuals are. It’s the same for horses and humans. The only difference is how much risk is considered “significant”. An abnormal human is a tragedy. An abnormal horse is usually euthanized.
Again, there is no mechanism I can see that would mean more chromosomes equates to lower risk of defects. It doesn’t matter how many chromosomes there are. Mammals are diploid. They have two possible alleles of each gene. The chance of error follows the same math for all of them.
It takes 3-4 generations of horses inbreeding for there to an any significant risk of genetic abnormalities. It’s why many previous racing champions are all descended from the same line. All Quarter Horses are distantly related to one another, just like all Thoroughbreds are. It’s called the Inbreeding Coefficient (or Wrights Coefficient) and is a common method of linebreeding in dogs and horses. Horses just have way more chromosomes and can be bread back to their own line for longer and with much less risk of issues.

How many have you seen? like in person? Because that almost never happens. Why? because mutations and defects only come after generational incest. So, unlike the parens, the grandparents and posibly the great grandparents have all something to confess, that shouldn’t happen that often

Some places have a lot of poor or homeless people. Other times they live in the area or arrive by bus I guess to do a little shopping.
I’ve seen people walk right in front of traffic when its a green light, or randomly dash across the road like they aren’t even afraid of cars. I find that pretty scary but its also why I pay 100% attention when driving though a city.

I can assure you that it exists everywhere that you have cars. There isn’t always a specific word for it, but everybody knows that walking on the driveway is an incredibly stupid and dangerous idea.
