I can translate the “Maretonian” even further with this guide, syllables-to-letters, and I thank you for it:
“Maya laitata[la]mu pana uthamudatamuvimunadamura vihāta fara[i]muna[da].
“Thahaipamu čamū ladabamu yāya pamunaimutha lamula.” - (corrected)
“M-y / l-i-t-t[l]e / p-n / u-s-e-d / t-o / w-o-n-d-e-r / w-h-a-t / f-r[i]e-n-d
“s-h-i-p-e / c-o-u-l-d / b-e / y-a-y / p-o-n-i-e-s / l-o-l”
(I even wondered on why does the “mu” cuneiform letter looked strange, before this chart showed that there Old Persian cuneiform was not as uniform as I thought - so either form of “mu” is typed with “e” or “o” - and some more ideas for conlangs!)
So, it’s not gibberish, but parts of it are actually lyrics from the theme song itself!

You’re welcome. I think your gibberish would be a beautiful fantasy language, perhaps to be his native “Maretonian”. Other than trying to compare his supposedly-translated dialogue in the show with the Maretonian cuneiform, I would like to develop it further.
Since you said that these words were meant to correspond with the MLP:FiM theme’s lyrics, which words did you use?
Also, considering the long words used for the image, perhaps the Duke and the Maretonians would have been rapid speakers, hence Twilight being confused.

When read aloud, it sounds like a weird mix of Sanskrit, Persian (with the f sound), Pāḷi (long, vowels, has “v” and “th”, almost like a syllabry), and a little Tamil. At least it’s what makes this gibberish beautiful, rather than a harsh “Akkadian-eque” language.
And I do not get it about Ruth Bader Ginsburg.
That looks about as much like Sanskrit as it looks like Ruth Bader Ginsburg.
Yeah, that kinda looks like an Iranian language. Looks, that is, to me; and I’m no expert. Might even be Sanskrit.
The writing is not Akkadian, but Old Persian, for Akkadian cuneiform is not as blocky and refined as Persian cuneiform.
And it reads, syllable by syllable:
“Maya laitatamu pana uthamudatamuvimunadamura vihāta faramunai.
“Thahaipamu čamū ladabamu yāya pamunaimutha lamula.”
It sounds like gibberish when read aloud, and it is not even Old Persian or Akkadian, but it would make a beautiful conlang. Congratulations, OP!

his dress is mesopotamuan.
I thought it was pony Mauritania.
