Yes it is. Midnight Sparkle. Early banished or tossed various humans into the rift to Manehattan and possibly conquer it. Just like what the Storm King did offscreen in “My Little Pony: The Movie”. But unlike the Storm King, Midnight Sparkle failed to do it.
