“You won’t?” The stallion turned to his wife with a look of surprise. “Come, now. This was your own idea, your own party. Why wouldn’t you come?”

“The party was my idea yes, but you’re the one who invited random strangers. I had expected and hoped you would invite our friends.”

“Well, that wouldn’t have been as interesting, would it?” He finished tying his tie. “Besides, they’re not all random strangers. Some of them are famous. Like that Rainbow girl. Already saved the world multiple times and a member of the Wonderbolts, and at such a young age?”

“Rainbow Dash? You invited her?” Annabelle said with a look of disbelief on her face. “Hm…well on second thought I see no harm in attending then, if only to see who else you invited.”

“Might as well. You may find the selection quite intriguing. Plus…” He stared into her eyes. “You know I’d just die if you didn’t show up!” And he “choked” himself with his tie, pretending it was a hangman’s noose.

She rolled her eyes. “I swear, your puns will be the death of me.” She closed her book and goes to get ready for the party.

The stallion laughed. A laugh that was harmless, but that some ponies might consider menacing.
 

 
Soon enough, Dash, Alexander, and Silver arrived at the sandy shores of the beach. The boat, it seemed, had already departed, only leaving the three of them. The waves crashed onto the shore. Dash grinned upon arriving there. “This is gonna be great!”

surprisingly enough the changeling from earlier joined them shortly after as well.
 
“i can only imagine how big those waves can actually get.”

“Hopefully enough for me to have my fun.” Dash kicked off her shoes and set her board down, then tested the water with a hoof. “Hmm…”

“Oh, I don’t. I was just making sure it wouldn’t be a problem for the rest of you.” She retreated her hoof from the water and stepped back from the water.

Dana would finally make her way to the beach, damn, she looked nice in a bikini.
 
Dana: I’m here! Did I miss anything?

“Oh, hey! I’m just pla–” Dash turned to take a look at Dana. “–a-a-a… aw, damn, Dana, lookin’ good!” She grinned. Dash liked both stallions and mares, which most of the others had probably already figured out, and she knew a nice-looking mare when she saw one. Even her wings extended a little in appreciation!

Dana’s face just exploded in blush. She tried to take a deep breath but the tightness of her bikini top made it hard unless she wanted it to pop off and expose her breasts.

Dash smiled, looking up and down Dana’s body for a bit, before backing away more, almost to the trees. Nobody was quite sure what she was planning until she started running toward the water. Running faster, faster, and then taking off flying into the air until she was over a deep stretch of water.
 
“Cannonball!”
 
And she plummeted straight downward, pushing herself faster with her wings, until she folded them in, extended her fists out in front of her, and hit the water with a loud splash.

The resulting splash ended in Dana getting all wet, her unicorn horn was letting off a few sparks, no, it hasn’t shorted out.

Alex stepped to the side and avoided the water. “I don’t mean to sound like that guy, but try to be careful Ms. Dash. I don’t have to remind you that we’re basically all alone on this island, and it’ll take a long time for help to come.”

Dash pulled up from under the water and swam back to shore. “Yeah, yeah, I know. ‘Be careful, you could get hurt.’ Trust me, I know what I’m doing. We pegasi are natural-born swimmers.” She walked onto the shore and shook her head, splashing a bit of water out of her mane. “Anyone wanna join me? The water’s great!”

Dana nodded.

“Come on, then!” Dash swam back out into the water.

Dana found the water to be chilly, as if there were some ice cubes inside it. At least it was of a nicer temperature than the heat of the day.
 
“Isn’t this nice?” Dash asked.

Dana: It feels very nice.
 
She smiled, dipping her head down for a moment then popping right back up.

“It really does.” Dash swam closer to Dana, her wet mane sort of lying flat onto her head. “I wasn’t kidding when I said you look nice, by the way.” She smiled.

Dana still had a very red blush on her face. Looked more red then it did green.
