Hello, I want to ask about some help to find an image.

I think I remember a version made by someone from the mlp team based on this image, I think it was a concept art image with more poses but I can’t find it, this one based on this version of Twilight for equestria girls >>2064531

The problem is I’m working off memories from 7-8 years ago at least.
I mentioned a story it inspired? My first note concerning that story is dated 2016, and that’s only a vague hint.

I think it was a solo full body thing, facing the viewer? Even so, that could be anthro or just a pony. I can’t remember hands or clothes, but she might have had her shades on. I definitely remember the blue hair and the tape was on the mouth. White or very bright yellow background, the wings may have been a bit more… aesthetic than proper wings.

The problem with trying to remember something like this is you almost start rewriting it as you remember. I really do appreciate the help, but don’t drive yourself mad over this. I imagine it might have just been deleted from wherever I saw it, the artist taking it down for some reason.
Either that, or when I finally find it I’ll discover it was never Vinyl at all, or some silly thing like that.

To be hinest, the closest thing to what you drew, with Vinyl and tape, is this:

But the tape is over her nipples, not her mouth.

And they’re not even wings, it’s neon in the background.

But … kind of close, even though it’s completely different.

Can you describe the image more? Maybe I’ll try sketching it. Anthro? Pony? Anyone else in the scene? Clothes?

I haven’t sketched Vinyl yet, but I’ve always wanted to.

That bottom one is the closest I’ve been able to find in my own search too, but it isn’t what I remember. It is maddeningly close though, which is making me doubt my memory on this.

My memory is that they were wings of light or something? Softer colours too maybe? Honestly, I can’t remember where I first saw it, so now I’m even doubting what fandom it was from. I’d think I’d imagined it if I didn’t have such a vivid memory of the “angel with tape over its mouth” motif.

Okay, really a longshot here, but I’m running out of places to look.

Years back, like eight years ago now, I saw bit of art. It became the first inspiration for a novel, but now that I’m actually writing the book I thought it would be cool to see if I could find that art.
I cannot find the art anywhere. Please help.

I’m pretty sure it was of Vinyl Scratch. She had angelic wings and, most notably, black tape over her mouth in a cross.
I can’t remember if it was Anthro or not, but I think she had a horn?

I’ve tried to recreate the image somewhat from memory.
It looked a little something like this. (I apologise for my terrible art)

I hope someone can help me find it. I’m going a bit out of my mind looking.
