Also, that’s the same Spike figure that was released with Twilight’s coronation carriage (IIRC) almost two years ago. It’s probably still possible to get one off of eBay for under $10 (including shipping); that’s how I got mine.
Yeah, Celestia always had a sweet tooth in the show. (Makes you wonder how she keeps her figure.)
