i have a oh so nasty feeling that blackjack wont “earn her happy ending”.

Blackjack the walking apocalypse nothing is safe from her be it good or evil all will die.

HAH oh man I forgot about that one. Yeah, that scene had some great unintentional innuendo. Basic point still stands though, she’s a walking disaster area, worse than Zidane Tribal and Vash the Stampede put together! I maintain the only reason her friends survive is she radiates a ‘Punisher Plot Armour’ field in her immediate vicinity that protects you based upon your importance to her. I wouldn’t be surprised if they start selling T-shirts in the wastes with her face on them in the style of advice dog memes. ‘Most frightening phrase in Wasteland history blackjack face “Don’t Worry, I’ll help you!”’

Blackjack tells them they aren’t safe around her quite a few times, but they still stick with her anyway.

V I said MOST. And P-21 did shoot her. In the butt.

P-21 shot her first? The bomb collar slaves shot her first? Boing shot her first?  
Go on, you are amusing.

Then why don’t they ditch her? I certainly wouldn’t hang with someone who tried to kill me three times.

V To be fair, most of them did shoot her first. And in Rampage’s case it was just therapy.

She’s almost killed EVERYPONY like at least three times. As she reiterates in case the reader is too dense (read, as dense as she is) to not get it. “Blackjack, you are not a smart pony.”

Ok.

Pity she lost that revolver. That was a nice gun. Oh, and I guess this was psychologically scarring or something, but honestly, I stopped counting.

V She was sort of suffering from a hallucination/haunting at the time.

So she almost kills her love interest?
