some advice for the artist, or whoever else is having problems whit art:
 
google tutorials on youtube or DA on how to draw, if you are a noob start whit a “good enough” style  
trying to be great at something right away leads to frustration.

just look at his acount, he is likely too young to know how to properly improve, its better he just keeps hacking away at it untill he improves naturaly.
 
you on the other hand should stop telling people to quit, wana be frank and harsh, do it. but dont be an ass.

Looks awful all around.  
Need A LOOOOOT of practice on the shaped… Actually you know what.  
The artist shouldn’t even be thinking about coloring (and not even joking about shading), He should work for at least… 2 more years? on shapes and anatomy. b/c right now it looks like a 6 years old painting that 13 years old decided to color using a ridiculous amount of coal and paint brushes
