It’s the perspective. Sometimes you get to drawing and the draw leans on an angle. This one’s reasonably straight, it’s just that Pinkie isn’t on the same horizontal plane as the “camera”.

Fortunately with the uneven background you could just pass it off as the “camera” being on a tilt rather than pinkie herself.
