Why would she? The reason the others “threatened/attacked” him was ‘cause they didn’t know him, or thought he was an enemy. It’d be odd for Twi’ to just randomly attack somebody who is basically her brother.
 
Regardless, I do agree, and hope the reunion will be friendly (or at least bittersweet, considering Twi’s condition) and it’d be a nice “break” for Spike. Seems alot of mares are either threatening him, or attacking him. (Even Fluttershy unintentionally did.)

it was one of those things that was SOOO expected you expected to do something different just because they knew everyone was expecting it. So when it was what you were expecting you are still sort of surprised because you expected them to expect your expecting and do something because of said expectations.
