She was exaggerating but she couldn’t have said those things if they weren’t actually on her mind.

It’s more like her unfiltered view of their worst qualities. But yes, there’s a lot of pent-up anger in Fluttershy.

Well, everyone has flaws. Flutters is aware of those of her friends, but it doesn’t mean she hates them. Outbursts like that actually happen, and there’s nothing really wrong about that.
 
I’d be more worried if she didn’t have anything legitimately bad to say about them.

Yea…takin care of animals is Shy’s dream. So dont say that she’s “fed up.”
 
Her job is easy, she can control animals an they like being around her.
 
And quite frankly, Ive seen Rarity and Pinkie put far more energy into their jobs than she does.

I think that she was fed up with being taken advantage of.. She takes care of hundreds of animals every day, grooming them, treating their wounds, keeping them from eating each other, teaching birds how to fly, gathering every kind of food for each animal, and all the while taking care of other ponies pets. She works hard to make a living, while Rarity and Pinkie Pie have what she sees as easy jobs. She was fed up with every one loving them while no one notices everything she does every day.

ANd I think its awesome.

Maybe, but it’s like real life relationships, there will always be something that bothers you from your friends, family, lover etc. and sometimes you may even lose your shit because of it, but in the end you care about them a lot.
