And I consider that a step in the right direction for the series. I could barely watch Power Ponies because it was so zany; this is a refreshing, mature change, full of character development and world-building.
Considering it is nowhere near as zany as werebat fluttershy or impending apocalypse.
It is more about Rarity and who she is, and how this both helps and hinders her.
Explain to me how this was boring.
That was the real kidney punch of this ep. Because it shows she acknowledged the point of her friendship and didn’t give a shit. It hurt to hear it from her. Like it was some sardonic internet parody.
