Trixie holds up a baseball bat in her magic aura

Probably because that’s not actually supposed to be Rarity but Kindred from League of Legends. The palette is similar and they also have a ghostly ethereal companion. Also their main role in the game is in fact Jungler. Also also Pom has a similar palette swap called “In League”
Get ready for a lawsuit
If it’s their character, Oleander, with Twilight colors, and they call the palatte “student” or something, then there’s no infringement. Just like the “Powerful” (shown here) and “DJ” palettes.
Hasbro has Twilight on the cover of EVERYTHING, so having a unicorn with those colors would mean potential attack from the C&D department.
All other unicorns are much less suspect, so sadly, no twilight color.
And yet, no Twilight palette, the character Oleander was based on.
i don’t understand why the Rarity one is called Jungler….
