The moment I got to that last page, it was shocking to find two messages. Based on how the scene was cleverly carried out, the ending can be seen in two different ways. I enjoyed how the top layer of this story can be seen as lighthearted while the subtle message is that nothing lasts forever. Especially in the eyes of a being with an everlasting lifespan. They did very well in trying to write such a serious tone in a series meant for all ages.
