Nope, three bottom ones always feature updated old fics, white top ones feature rest of the fics.
Making 1000000 word chapter will guarantee feature (and ban, if it’s fake), so there’s at least word count in the formula. It’s closely connected to “hot” stories, but not always the same.
And that’s why I love it. :3
Well it’s a given that 90% of the time 70% of the stories will star Twilight, since FIMfiction is like a hive of her fans for some reason.
