Now because Hasbro either has written off Celestia due to fandom/staff hatred or they just don’t give a shit Celestia has gone from powerful beautiful wise and kind to weak and useless… And this “game” shows their neglect and their lack of care for a character. I garuntee this wouldn’t happen if it were Luna or discord but it’s only Celestia so nobody gives a shit right?

Someone in there wasn’t too preoccupied with details.
Oh so Hasbro forgot their own stuff or they just seem hell bent on making her weak.
Let me put it this way, outside of the finale and premiere, Celestia only had two appearances, one of them voice-only, and another one without any lines whatsoever in Season 4.
She was also barely mentioned through the Season, and only mentioned through name about 3 times.
And she’s one of the most important characters in the universe of the show, arguably more important than Twilight.
It’s less that they forgot she exists and more that they forgot she can have a characterization other than benignly inscrutable ruler.
It does seen to be the common consensus nowdays that it was Celestia who was weak rather than Chrysalis being amped up.
And before you say “Well, it’s ok for Celestia to be weak, because she’s wise and caring and-” SHE HASN’T BEEN WISE AND CARING AND WHATEVER IN YEARS! BECAUSE THE SHOW FORGOT SHE EXISTS!
