Yup. I considered putting this as my new wallpaper. :)
… or they’re cartoons with larger eyes so that their expressions are more visible.
It’s the same on the show :P
But that’s pretty much a given when it comes to ponies. i heard a headcanon somewhere that their eyes are not eyeballs, but eyediscs. this could explain why they take up so much space on the face. apparently this would also affect depth perception.
Every time I feel like my hope is slipping, my wonder and excitement fading, I see this image.
