I think by former student of Celestia, they mean the private student like Sunset and Twilight
we also saw zecora do .. magic-like stuff at some point, or at least help twilight train it
im sure a zebra in the school would be an exception. that is a bit of a stretch.
but you’d think writing an IRL story about a hispanic girl who goes into college while still a sophomore in high school would be ridiculous, but it happens frequently enough

It could have been worst , like being a alicorn (But at least the oc is zebra which not very commonly seen even tho i have a zebra oc / persona so it not weird to me)
