When it’s just you on the line, then you might feel like you could probably chance some things. However, the admins seem to care about the service their providing to the community.
 
If that’s the case, then they’d probably aren’t using their own judgement in regards to this. Their probably trying to figure out how the UK would feel.
 
Since this is on a UK server or something to that effect, it’s subject to UK law. And personally, I’d hate to see the people running it get arrested for something someone else uploaded.
