I ask myself that question a lot, but there are much better candidates than this image.  
This site is infested with the worst kinds of smut, including but not limited to ‘cum on toy’ and actual naked neckbeard pics.  
There are entirely too many screenshots; higher res, lower res, cropped, or just with dumb captions. So many in fact that we could probably reanimate the show by putting them together if we really wanted to.  
There are people who post tweets merely because the person who wrote the tweet works on the show, even if the tweet has nothing to do with the show.  
There are people who post non-pony OCs that don’t even remotely resemble the show’s style. I mean, I post non-pony OCs too, but at least I make an effort to make it look like they could be in the MLP universe.  
The list goes on.
 
This is really not a bad example. It looks like it came from official merch and it contains canon characters. Things that are aimed at the actual target demographic have a place here, as this is an image hosting site dedicated to MLP.
